Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your AddLevel account and all associated data.

⚠️ Deletion is permanent. Once you delete your account, all your data — quests, notes, XP history, AI memory, room, and profile — is permanently erased. This cannot be undone.

How to delete your account in the app

Open the app

Go to Settings

Tap the "More" tab → Settings → Account.

Tap "Delete Account"

At the bottom of the Account section. You'll be asked to re-enter your password to confirm.

Confirm deletion

Enter your password and tap "Delete permanently". Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Your email address and display name
Username and public profile
All quests, XP, level history
All notes, calendar events, habits
AI memory and coach conversations
Room and avatar state
All Firestore documents linked to your account

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must also cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) settings to stop future billing.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot log in to the app, email us at privacy@addlevel.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will delete your data within 30 days and send a confirmation.
